About Us
The company “A.P. MARAGKAKIS GREEN PROJECTS S.A.” started in 1990 as individual company under the corporate name “Andreas Maragkakis”, as irrigation installer, and it was soon recognised as one of the leading manufacturers of sport projects in Greece, shaping constantly its business profile with the participation and completion of the largest landscaping projects and golf courses in Greece.
Since 2003, it has developed into one of the leading companies in earthmoving, irrigation, and green works companies in Greece, with a large privately owned fleet of machinery, participating, among others, in the construction of the irrigation system and the landscaping of the “ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT – EL. VENIZELOS”, as well as the construction of an 18-hole golf course in Hersonissos, Crete.
Subsequently, the company’s activities were extended to other sectors, with the most important being its participation in the construction of Olympic projects and the construction and completion of the 18-hole golf course at COSTA NAVARINO – NAVARINO DUNES.
In 2010 it was modified into a société anonyme under the corporate name “A.P. MARAGKAKIS GREEN PROJECTS S.A.”, having its headquarters at Chania, Crete and it is active in the following sectors:

It has already been successfully involved and has completed major projects to date, including:
- Completion of the Construction of 18-hole Golf Course & Infrastructure Works of the Project – COSTA NAVARINO – NAVARINO BAY
- COMPLETION OF WASTEWATER NETWORK OF THE M.C. OF CHORA – L.C. OF ROMANOS M.U. OF NESTOROS (EX MUNICIPALITY OF NESTOROS)
- SPECIAL PRIMARY SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN IN THE AUTISM SPECTRUM AT PATRAS – CONSTRUCTION WORKS AND ELECTRO-MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS
- IMPROVEMENT OF THE 38th P.R. OF SOULINARI-KREMMYDIA-KORYFASIO TO THE 9th N.R. IN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PREFECTURE OF ILEIA – KALO NERO – KYPARISSIA – PYLOS – METHONI
